Appellants Richard and Kimberly Si-mons (the “Simonses”) appeal the district court’s decision compelling arbitration and enjoining prosecution of their state-court action against Great Earth Companies, Inc. and Great Earth International Franchising Corporation (collectively “Great Earth”), which alleged various claims arising from a franchise agreement between the Simonses and Great Earth.
