OPINION BY

JOHNSON, J.:

¶ 1 In this quiet title action, the respective parties cross-appeal the trial court’s final decree establishing a boundary between their adjacent properties under the doctrine of consentable lines. Both parties assert that none of the evidence adduced sustains the trial court’s ruling fixing the boundary line. They differ, however, on the contours of a proposed ruling and the place between their respective properties where a boundary properly might be drawn.
