The defendant Eddie Wayne Brummett appeals the district court’s denial of his motion to reconsider the denial of his Fed. R.Crim. P. 35 motion for correction or reduction of his sentence.
Brummett was a dispatcher with the Jellico Fire Department in Jellico, Tennessee. He had access to the keys to the cells in the Jellico City Jail and often relaxed at the jail during his off-duty hours.
