Genaro Fourzan and H. S. Stephenson, as trustees, hereinafter called plaintiffs, brought suit against Earnest A. Curtis and Frances E. Curtis, his wife, hereinafter called defendants, to enjoin the latter from interfering with a certain pipeline and water improvements belonging to plaintiffs, and with their free and uninterrupted use of certain water, and for damages for the previous destruction of the pipe-line in question by defendants.
