Jeffrey D. Grant has been a member of this court’s bar since August 7, 1998. He was also licensed to practice law in the State of New York. On September 4, 2002, however, Grant tendered an affidavit of resignation “as an attorney and counselor-at-law” to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department.
