MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is a dispute between feuding business partners who are — not incidentally— also feuding marriage partners in the process of dissolving their marriage, as well as their business relationship. According to the complaint, the husband accessed and intercepted his wife’s business e-mail, without authorization, in order to review messages between the wife and her attorney related to the pending contested divorce proceeding.
