—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Murray Mogel, J.), rendered December 1, *2851988, convicting defendant after jury trial of robbery in the first and second degrees and sentencing him as a second felony offender to concurrent terms of imprisonment of from 4 Vi to 9 and 3 to 6 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
