OPINION AND ORDER

LETTOW, Judge.

In this military pay case, Marcus Williams, a former staff sergeant in the United States Air Force, asserts claims for back pay and correction of his military records. In 2002, Mr. Williams was adjudged guilty by a general court-martial of violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. As a result, he was sentenced to reduction in rank to airman basic, a dishonorable discharge, and nine years’ confinement. Mr. Williams is currently imprisoned at the United States Disciplinary Barracks at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. One of the consequences of his dishonorable…
