OPINION
HAGAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
INTRODUCTION
First Delaware Insurance Co. (“Appellant”) appeals an order of the bankruptcy court discharging a debt owed to them by Cheryl Wada (“Debtor”). The Debtor did not file a brief. 2 We conclude the court erred in finding the debt dischargeable and reverse and remand.
FACTS
In 1992, the Appellant sought the Debtor’s services in arranging travel, lodging and dining accommodations for a conference and workshop for approximately 70 to 80 of its independent sales agents and their guests in San Francisco, California. The Debtor was doing business as “Uniglobe…
