On January 18, 2000, in this 11 U.S.C. § 523 action, came on to be heard the motions for summary judgment of Edward D. Hayden, Jr., William W. Hayden, Andrew T. Hayden, and Arline Hayden (collectively, the “Sons” or “Plaintiffs”) against Janet Gibbs Skelley Hayden (“Debtor” or “Plaintiff’), and Debtor’s counter motion for summary judgment against the Sons.
