Introduction

Following a five day trial, on March 23, 2001, the jury rendered a verdict in this ease brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. and the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992, Fla.
