THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiff, Marinell Richardson’s Motion for Award of Equitable Remedies Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 2000e~5(g) and Motion for Entry of Final Judgment Against Defendant (D.E. 276-1 & 276-2); and Defendant, Tricorn Pictures & Productions, Inc.’s Cross-Motion to Reduce the Jury’s Advisory Verdict and for Remittitur (D.E.278).
