This is a suit in ejectment brought to recover lot 3, block 46, in the city of Chickasha, by F. E. Riddle, the holder of the legal title thereto under a deed issued to him.under the town-site laws applicable to the Choctaw and Chickasaw Nations, against E. B. and H. B. Johnson and the First National Bank Building Company and others. The defendants admit the legal title to be in Riddle but, by cross-petition, seek to have the court declare him a constructive trustee, holding the legal title for their use and benefit, and to decree a conveyance of title from him to' them.…
