SANBORN, Circuit Judge.
This case is presented to test the validity of the decree’ of the Choctaw and Chickasaw citizenship court of December 17, 1902, which by its terms annulled all the judgments and decisions of the United States courts in the Indian Territory which had admitted persons to citizenship under the act of June 10, 1896, in either the Choctaw or Chickasaw Nation of Indians.
