| Appellant Janelle Pierce Boudreau appeals from the trial court’s decision granting appellee William Ty Pierce’s petition for a modification of custody and ordering supervised visitation. On appeal, Mrs. Boudreau argues (1) that the trial court erred in granting Pierce’s petition to modify custody because he did not prove a material change in circumstances or that it would be in the best interests of the children, and (2) that the trial court abused its discretion when ordering supervised visitation because there was no evidence presented that would support supervised…
