Affirming.

Tbe only question for decision in tbis ease is whether or not tbe appellant company is a manufacturing establishment within the meaning of an ordinance of the city *505of Louisville exempting from taxation for a period of five years manufacturing establishments. The ordinance reads in part:

‘ ‘ Thlat in order to induce the location of more manufacturing establishments within the city * * * * the samé are hearfby exempted for a period of five years after suich location and the commencement of the business of manufacturing thereat from all taxation…
