Oliver, Chief Judge:
The protests enumerated in schedule “A,” hereto attached and made a part hereof, were consolidated for trial on motion of counsel for plaintiffs and without objection from Government counsel.
The merchandise involved herein consists of 1-piece and 2-piece cedar shorts or pattern stock, which were assessed with duty at the rate of 16% per centum ad valorem under paragraph 412 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as modified by the Presidential proclamation carrying out the Annecy Protocol of Terms of Accession to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, reported in T.D. 52373.…
