Defendant appeals by leave granted an order of the circuit court that affirmed the eviction order of the district court. We reverse and remand.

Pursuant to a seven-day notice to quit, plaintiff notified defendant that it was terminating her tenancy in a public housing complex and seeking eviction on the basis of her adult daughter’s involvement in drug-related activities that occurred at a location away from the leased premises.
