Defendants appeal as of right from a judgment in plaintiffs’ favor following a bench trial in this premises liability action involving the condition of defendants’ motocross racetrack, Baja Acres. We affirm.

In 1996, plaintiff Scott Lamp was a participant in a motocross race at Baja Acres. In second place during the last lap of the race, plaintiff proceeded through a straightaway section of the dirt racetrack and completed a jump, landing in control of his bike.
