¶ 1. Michael Lee Washington appeals from a reconfinement order and an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Washington asserts that he waived his final revocation hearing in reliance upon an agreement with the Department of Corrections (DOC) regarding a recommended term of reincarceration.
