Plaintiff appeals as of right from a judgment and order of November 23, 1983, of no cause of action on his claim for damages against defendant Maisel & Associates of Michigan. Plaintiff challenged the propriety of Maisel’s final accounting of the partnership assets of Harrisburg Properties and sought to recover for certain alleg edly improper expenditures and charges incurred by Maisel as managing partner.
