OPINION OF THE COURT
AMBRO, Circuit Judge.
Josette Jacobs was indicted on May 8, 2001, and charged with conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(A), and 846. Jacobs moved to suppress statements she made on March 14, 2000 (“the March statements”) and on April 4, 2000 (“the April statements”). After a hearing, the District Court granted the motions.
