MEMORANDUM OPINION

FACCIOLA, United States Magistrate Judge.. This case has been referred to me by Judge Roberts for resolution of all discovery disputes pursuant to LCvR 72.2(a). Ready for resolution is Plaintiffs Motion for Discovery Sanctions (“Plains.Mot.”). For the reasons set forth below, plaintiffs motion will be denied.
