I. FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
This suit arises from Dykema’s representation of Ajluni in a suit Ajluni brought against Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM).2 BCBSM began investigating Dr. Ajluni in 1991, and federal investigators conducted an examination of Dr. Ajluni’s billing in 1993.
