EAGLES, Judge.

We have narrowed defendant’s twenty-five assignments of error and eleven arguments to four categories. First, defendant argues that the trial court erred in denying his motions for directed verdict and judgment notwithstanding the verdict. Second, defendant argues that the trial court made various errors in its instructions to the jury. Third, defendant argues that the trial court made several evidentiary errors.
