McCullough, judge..This case returns to us on appeal from an 18 July 2006 order finding that Willie D. Gilbert, II, (“defendant”) engaged in fraudulent conduct and conversion while serving in his capacity as attorney for Michelle and Sanjay Munavalli (“Munavallis”). A summary of the facts of this case can be found in our unpublished 7 March 2006 opinion, in which we affirmed in part and vacated and remanded in part to the district court for additional findings of fact. See N.C. State Bar v. Gilbert, 176 N.C. App. 408, 626 S.E.2d 877 (2006).
