Defendants Ross E. Strange and Anne Strange appeal from an order granting summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff Anne Bogovich with respect to her claims of constructive fraud and unfair and deceptive trade practices, from a judgment entered in favor of Plaintiff based on a jury verdict awarding compensatory and punitive damages against the Stranges, an order denying the Stranges’ request for the entry of judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and from an order denying the Stranges’ claims for reimbursement of money allegedly owed to Defendants Ross and Ann Strange.
