I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (doc. 27) and Plaintiffs Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (doc. 17). Plaintiff Frederick Chrvala brings this action against Defendants Borden, Inc. (“Borden”) and Borden International, Inc. (“Borden International”) alleging breach of his employment contracts, promissory estoppel, and tortious interference with a prospective business opportunity.
