Plaintiff filed this action against the Defendant Postmaster General alleging employment discrimination by the United States Postal Service. On Defendant’s motion, the district court dismissed Plaintiff’s case without prejudice pursuant to Fed. R.Civ.P. 4(j) because Plaintiff failed to properly serve the United States within 120 days from the date the complaint was filed. We review the district court’s dismissal for untimely service for abuse of discretion. Cox v. Sandia Corp., 941 F.2d 1124, 1125 (10th Cir.1991). We find that the district court did not abuse its…
