MURRAY, Justice.
This suit was instituted by Otto Fischer in the County Court at Law No. 1, of Bex-ar County, on April 13, 1937, against W. L. Wood, Jr., seeking to recover the amount of principal, interest and attorney’s fees provided for in a certain note for the original principal sum of $845, payable to A. J. Huffington and signed by W. L. Wood, Jr., and also for foreclosure of a chattel mortgage lien on one certain 1936 Packard 120 Touring Sedan.
