It appears that good fences do not always make good neighbors, 1 as demon strated in the case before this Court. In this appeal, the plaintiffs, Philip and Eileen Pelletier (the Pelletiers), challenge a Superior Court judgment in favor of their neighbor, Aphrodite Laureanno (Laurean-no), dismissing the Pelletiers’ complaint for injunctive relief and monetary damages.
