The plaintiffs, Cathay Cathay, Inc., and Surf & Turf Grille, Inc. (plaintiffs), appeal from a judgment entered in favor of the defendant, Yindalu, LLC d/b/a Gourmet India (Gourmet India). This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument pursuant to an order directing the parties to show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided.
