The defendant, Eugene Friedrich, appeals from a Superior Court judgment awarding damages in the amount of $61,258.05 plus prejudgment interest in the amount of $90,532.39 and costs to the plaintiff, Greensleeves, Inc. (Greensleeves or Meyer).
