The defendant, Denise Trojan, appeals from a judgment of the Family Court ordering the plaintiff, Joel Trojan, to pay $ 1,796 per month in child support for their minor child, Tiffany, who was born in July 2001. Denise argues that the trial justice erred when he did not order Joel to pay interim and retroactive child support.
