In this appeal from the Court of Chancery, we are required to examine the timeliness of an action for breach of a limited partnership agreement. The plaintiff-appellant, United States Cellular Investment Company of Allentown (“USCIC”), is a limited partner in the Allentown SMSA 1 Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”). USCIC sued the general partner, Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems of Allentown, Inc.
