Plaintiff seeks to recover from defendant, his employer, overtime compensation, liq*175uidated damages, and attorney’s fees under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 201-219 (herein FLSA.) During World War II defendant operated the Pennsylvania Ordnance Works, located in this district, in the production of munitions of war under a cost-plus-a-fixed-fee contract with the United States Government.
