¶ 1 This special proceeding to review an order of the Workers’ Compensation trial court denying compensability to Claimant, Annette Triplett, turns on a single issue. We vacate the order and hold Claimant’s *926injuries arose out of and in the course of her employment with Mystaf Medical.

¶ 2 Claimant worked in collections for Capital One Auto Finance. Mystaf Medical, a job placement service, had placed Claimant at Capital One where she had worked since October of 2008. On January 27, 2009, Claimant came to work early because the roads were icy and slick from a snow storm.…
