Lord & Taylor (Petitioner) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed as amended in part and remanded in part the decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) in regard to an award to Gloria Bufford for disfigurement pursuant to Section 306(c)(22) of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act), Act of June 2, 1915, P.L. 736, as amended, 77 P.S. § 513(22).
