The Department of Public Welfare/Norristown State Hospital (Employer) petitions for review of the May 3, 2004 order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that: (1) affirmed the order of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) to the extent that it granted a claim petition filed on behalf of Ann Reichert (Claimant), (2) modified the WCJ’s award of disfigurement benefits from 5 weeks to 75 weeks and (3) granted Employer’s termination petition. Also before the Court for disposition is Employer’s motion for an evidentiary hearing under Pa. R.A.P. 3731…
