This appeal arises from appellant’s request for post-conviction relief from a jury verdict on July 18, 1984, finding him guilty of burglary and theft charges, and another conviction judgment dated September 7, 1984, which resulted from appellant’s pleas of guilty to four additional counts of burglary and theft charges.
