This matter is before the court on defendant’s 28 U.S.C. § 1404 motion to transfer venue of the case to the District of Puerto Rico or, in the alternative, to dismiss the action for lack of proper venue as defined by 28 U.S.C. § 1391(a). The court has considered the pleadings, memoranda, exhibits, and affidavits presented to the court regarding the venue motion.
