Scotty Joe Uder appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Western District of Missouri, upon a jury verdict finding him guilty on one count of conducting operations in a chop shop, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2322(a)(1). The district court sentenced Uder to twenty-one months imprisonment, three years supervised release, and special assessment of $50.00.
