1Opinion of the Court

MAGNUSON, District Judge.

Gary L. Dolan appeals his jury convictions and sentence on one count of conspiracy to commit bankruptcy fraud and one count of concealing and aiding and abetting in the concealment of property of a bankruptcy estate. On appeal, Dolan contends that the indictment was barred by the applicable statute of limitations, that there was insufficient evidence to support his convictions, that the district court 1 committed several errors at trial, and that the district court erred in applying the sentencing guidelines.
