The defendants Michael Nazarko and Thomas Nazarko1 appeal from a decision of the trial *120court rendering judgment against them in the amount of $144,842.57, plus costs, as personal guarantors of a franchise agreement between Days Inn of America Franchising, Inc.,* 2 and East Lyme Budget Hotel Partnership.
