In this putative class action arising under the federal securities laws, lead plaintiffs Joseph Bessent, John Corbitt, and Eric Pearson claim that animal pharmaceutical company Aratana Therapeutics, Inc. ("Aratana") and two of its officers, Steven St. Peter and Craig A. Tooman, made false and misleading statements or omissions regarding the future commercial availability of "ENTYCE," an appetite stimulant for dogs.
