— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Murray, J.), rendered June 17, 1982, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

Although separately indicted, the defendant and one Norman Simmons were tried jointly on charges of murder in the second degree (intentional murder) and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
