Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Bambrick, J.), rendered August 22, 1983, convicting him of escape in the first degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant argues on appeal that the People failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he was guilty of aiding and abetting the escape as charged in the indictment.
