Homer Ferguson, Judge:

Tried by general court-martial, the accused was found guilty of one specification of larceny and two specifications of wrongful appropriation, all in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 121,10 USC § 921. He was sentenced to bad-conduct discharge and confinement at hard labor for nine months. The convening authority reduced the confinement involved to six months but otherwise approved the sentence.
