These are consolidated appeals by Pauli Systems, Inc. (claimant) from identical orders denying applications for orders to show cause in proceedings instituted by claimant against Golden Eagle Insurance Corporation as third party administrator for Golden Eagle Insurance Company (Golden Eagle).
