This is an appeal by the defendant from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff as assignee of Meserve & Meserve, attorneys at law, for a balance due of attorney’s fees for services rendered by Edwin A. Meserve to defendant corporation. The complaint alleged that defendant employed Edwin A. Meserve and Shirley E.
